First Saturday TLM at Nativity BVM in Port Richmond

The Philadelphia chapter of the Latin Liturgy Association is pleased to announce that the Tridentine Mass will be publicly offered in the upper church of Nativity BVM Parish in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia on Saturday March 1, 2014, 11:30 AM. This will be a Low Mass offered by Father Harold McKale, Parochial Vicar at Nativity BVM, and will be the first time the Tridentine Mass has been publicly offered in almost 45 years.

Nativity BVM is located at 2535 E, Allegheny Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19134 (Belgrade & Allegheny Ave) and is easily accessible from the Allegheny Avenue exit on I-95.

Latin-English and Latin-Polish Missals and Propers for the day will be provided. For those not familiar with the 1962 Rite of Mass, introductory material regarding the Extraordinary Form of Mass
will be made available.

At this time, there are no plans to regularly offer the TLM at Nativity BVM, so please take advantage of this rare opportunity.
